  • 1 bell pepper (any color), sliced into strips
  • 1 medium onion, sliced
  • 23 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons oyster sauce (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • Salt to taste
  • Cooked rice or noodles, for serving

  • Marinate the flank steak with soy sauce and half the black pepper for 10-15 minutes.
