1 cup milk of your choice
½ cup Greek yogurt or a dairy-free option
2 tablespoons cocoa powder
2 tablespoons maple syrup or honey

¼ teaspoon vanilla extract
¼ cup brewed coffee
Optional: crushed peppermint candy or chocolate shavings
Optional: a pinch of salt
Instructions
In a medium-sized bowl, combine the rolled oats, cocoa powder, and salt. Whisk them together until blended.
In a separate bowl, combine the milk, Greek yogurt, maple syrup, peppermint extract, vanilla extract, and brewed coffee. Whisk until smooth and creamy.
