1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1 cup sliced pepperoni
½ teaspoon garlic powder
½ teaspoon Italian seasoning
¼ cup marinara sauce
1 tablespoon olive oil
Parmesan cheese, grated (for topping, optional)
Fresh basil for garnish (optional)
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
On a lightly floured surface, roll out your pizza dough into a rectangle, about ¼ inch thickness.
Cut the dough into equal squares, about 3-4 inches across.
In the center of each dough square, sprinkle mozzarella cheese, add pepperoni slices, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning.
Gather the corners of each square and pinch them together to form a pouch. Seal tightly.
Place the stuffed pizza bombs seam-side down on a greased baking sheet and brush with olive oil.
Bake for about 15-20 minutes, or until golden and puffed up.
Let them cool for a minute and serve warm with marinara sauce, garnished with fresh basil.
