1 cup fresh basil pesto
2 ripe peaches, pitted and sliced
8 oz burrata cheese

Instructions
Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. Brush the peach slices with olive oil and sprinkle a pinch of salt and pepper. Grill peaches for about 2-3 minutes on each side.
If using store-bought flatbread, warm it on the grill until crispy. If making from scratch, roll out the dough and prepare it on a baking sheet.
Spread a generous scoop of pesto over the warm flatbread evenly.
Layer grilled peach slices over the pesto artfully.
Tear burrata cheese into pieces and spread over the flatbread.
