  • 1 cup pineapple chunks (fresh or canned)
  • 1/4 cup pineapple juice
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 tsp ginger, grated
  • 1/2 tsp chili flakes (optional)
  • 1/4 cup bell peppers, sliced
  • 2 tbsp green onions, chopped

Instructions

  • Cook the Chicken: Heat oil in a pan. Sauté chicken until golden and cooked through.
  • Make the Sauce: Add garlic, ginger, soy sauce, honey, pineapple juice, and chili flakes. Stir well.
  • Add Pineapple & Peppers: Toss in pineapple chunks and bell peppers. Simmer for 3-4 minutes.
