Description

This Pineapple Ice Cream is smooth, refreshing, and bursting with tropical flavor. It’s easy to make and perfect for hot days or island-inspired desserts.

Ingredients

Scale

2 cups frozen pineapple chunks

1 cup heavy cream

1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk

1 tsp vanilla extract

1 tbsp lime juice (optional)

Pinch of salt

Instructions

1. Place frozen pineapple chunks in a food processor or high-speed blender.

2. Add heavy cream, sweetened condensed milk, vanilla extract, lime juice (if using), and a pinch of salt.

3. Blend until smooth and creamy. Scrape down sides as needed.

4. Transfer mixture to a freezer-safe container.

5. Freeze for 4-6 hours or until firm.

6. Scoop and serve with pineapple slices or shredded coconut if desired.

Notes

For a vegan version, use coconut cream and dairy-free condensed milk.

Add shredded coconut or a splash of rum extract for extra tropical flair.

Use fresh pineapple if preferred—just freeze chunks before blending.
