  • 4 slices of bread
  • 2 tablespoons of butter, softened
  • 1 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup of pizza sauce
  • Your choice of toppings (pepperoni, bell peppers, olives, mushrooms)

  • Instructions

  • Spread the softened butter on one side of each slice of bread.
  • On the unbuttered side of two slices, layer a good amount of mozzarella cheese.
