Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • ½ cup unsalted butter, softened to room temperature
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows (optional)

  • Instructions

  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened butter and creamy peanut butter until smooth and well-blended.
  • Gradually mix in the powdered sugar and vanilla extract, stirring until fully combined.
  • Gently fold in the graham cracker crumbs until they’re just mixed in. If using marshmallows, add them now.
  • Take a small amount of the mixture and shape it into a paw print or round shape. Place shaped pieces on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  • Place the baking sheet in the freezer for about 30 minutes.
  • In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the chocolate chips and vegetable oil. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring in between until melted and smooth.
  • Dip each treat into the melted chocolate, ensuring they’re fully coated. Let excess chocolate drip off before placing them back on the baking sheet.
  • Place the sheet back into the freezer for another 15 minutes to let the chocolate harden.
