1 whole Brie cheese (approximately 8 ounces)
1 cup fresh pomegranate seeds
2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
1 tablespoon chopped fresh rosemary
1 tablespoon chopped pecans or walnuts
Salt, to taste
Black pepper, to taste
Optional: crackers, baguette slices, or apple slices for serving
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
Prepare a baking dish or a small cast-iron skillet. Carefully place the whole Brie in the center.
In a small bowl, mix together the fresh pomegranate seeds, honey (or maple syrup), chopped rosemary, and nuts.
Pour the mixture over the top of the Brie.
Sprinkle a little salt and black pepper on top for added flavor.
Bake in the preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes, or until the cheese is gooey and melted.
Once it’s ready, remove it from the oven and let it cool for a couple of minutes.
