10–12 frozen potstickers

4 oz noodles (ramen, udon, or rice noodles)

2 tbsp soy sauce

1 tsp rice vinegar

1 tsp ginger, grated

Instructions

Cook potstickers according to package instructions (either frying or steaming).

While potstickers are cooking, boil noodles according to package directions. Drain and set aside.

Heat sesame oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add broth, soy sauce, rice vinegar, ginger, and garlic powder. Bring to a simmer.

Add spinach or bok choy and shredded carrots to the pot, cooking for 2-3 minutes until the veggies are tender.
