Ingredients

  • 1012 frozen potstickers

  • 4 oz noodles (ramen, udon, or rice noodles)

  • 1 tbsp sesame oil

  • 2 cups broth (chicken or vegetable)

  • 1 cup spinach or bok choy

  • 1/2 cup shredded carrots

  • 2 tbsp soy sauce

  • 1 tsp rice vinegar

  • 1 tsp ginger, grated

  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder

  • Green onions, chopped (for garnish)

  • Sesame seeds (for garnish)


Instructions

  • Cook potstickers according to package instructions (either frying or steaming).

  • While potstickers are cooking, boil noodles according to package directions. Drain and set aside.

  • Heat sesame oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add broth, soy sauce, rice vinegar, ginger, and garlic powder. Bring to a simmer.

  • Add spinach or bok choy and shredded carrots to the pot, cooking for 2-3 minutes until the veggies are tender.

  • Add cooked noodles to the pot, stirring to combine and heat through.

  • Assemble the bowls: Divide the noodle mixture into bowls, top with cooked potstickers, and garnish with green onions and sesame seeds.

  • You can customize the vegetables based on what you have on hand, such as adding mushrooms or bell peppers.
