2 cups rolled oats
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon cinnamon
¼ teaspoon nutmeg
½ teaspoon salt
1 cup pumpkin puree
2 cups almond milk
½ cup maple syrup
2 large eggs
½ teaspoon vanilla extract
½ cup chopped nuts
Optional: raisins or chocolate chips
