Ingredients

8 slices brioche or thick white bread

Instructions

In a bowl, mix cream cheese, pumpkin puree, brown sugar, and pumpkin pie spice until smooth.

Spread filling on 4 slices of bread and top with remaining slices to make sandwiches.

In a shallow bowl, whisk eggs, milk, and vanilla.

Heat butter in a skillet over medium heat.
