Ingredients

A packet of fajita seasoning
Velveeta cheese dip or any melty cheese dip you like

Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat and add sliced sirloin, cooking until browned.
- Add chopped onion and bell peppers to the skillet, sautéing until the vegetables are tender.
- Stir in the fajita seasoning, chicken broth, and tomato sauce, bringing the mixture to a simmer.
- Add the Minute Rice, cover the skillet, and let it cook for about 12-15 minutes or until the rice is tender.
- Remove the skillet from heat and stir in desired amount of Velveeta cheese dip until melted and creamy.
