Ingredients

2 large tortillas
1 cup cooked chicken, shredded
½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
¼ cup sour cream or ranch dressing
½ cup lettuce, chopped
¼ cup diced tomatoes
¼ tsp garlic powder
Salt & pepper to taste
Instructions
- Warm the tortillas in a dry pan or microwave for a few seconds.
- Mix chicken with sour cream (or ranch), garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Layer the chicken mixture, cheese, lettuce, and tomatoes on each tortilla.
- Roll up tightly, folding in the sides, then toast on a pan for 1-2 minutes per side until golden.
- Slice in half and enjoy!
