  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil

  • 1 small onion, sliced

  • 1 bell pepper, sliced

  • 1 cup broccoli florets

  • 1 medium carrot, julienned

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • 3 tbsp soy sauce

  • 1 tbsp sesame oil

  • 1 tbsp honey or brown sugar

  • 1 tsp sriracha (optional for spice)

  • Sesame seeds (for garnish)

  • Green onions, chopped (for garnish)


Instructions

  • Cook ramen noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

  • Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add onion, bell pepper, broccoli, and carrot. Stir-fry for 5-7 minutes until vegetables are tender.

  • Add garlic and cook for another minute until fragrant.
