Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking dish.
- In a mixing bowl, combine melted unsalted butter and brown sugar until smooth.

- In a separate bowl, mix together the flour, rolled oats, baking powder, and salt.
- Gradually combine the dry ingredients with the wet mixture.
- Press half of the mixture into the bottom of the baking dish.
