1 package of frozen cheese ravioli (about 25–30 ounces)
3 cups marinara sauce
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
1 cup ricotta cheese
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon dried Italian seasoning
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh basil for garnish
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a bowl, combine the ricotta and Parmesan cheese, dried Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
In a 9×13 inch baking dish, spread a thin layer of marinara sauce at the bottom. Layer half the frozen ravioli over the sauce.
Spoon dollops of the ricotta mixture over the ravioli. Add half of the remaining marinara sauce and sprinkle with a cup of mozzarella cheese.
Layer the remaining ravioli, then the rest of the marinara, and top with another layer of mozzarella cheese.
Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake for 25 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes or until cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
Let it sit for about 10 minutes before serving. Garnish with fresh basil.
