Instructions
In a blender, combine the hulled and sliced strawberries with about 1-2 tablespoons of water. Blend until you achieve a smooth puree. You can strain it if you prefer a smoother texture.
In a small bowl, whisk the matcha powder with about 2-3 tablespoons of hot water until it forms a smooth, lump-free paste.
In a separate glass or pitcher, pour the strawberry puree, followed by your milk, honey or maple syrup, and vanilla extract. Give it a gentle stir to mix everything together.
