  • 23 oz of brie cheese
  • 1 tablespoon of butter
  • 1 tablespoon of honey (optional)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh thyme or rosemary (optional)

  • Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Core and slice your apple into thin rounds.
