This Roasted Garlic Chicken White Pizza features a creamy garlic sauce, tender chicken, and melted cheeses on a crisp golden crust—perfect for weeknight dinners or casual gatherings.
Ingredients
1 prepared pizza dough (store-bought or homemade)
1 bulb roasted garlic
1 cup cooked chicken breast, shredded or chopped
1/2 cup ricotta cheese
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
1 tbsp olive oil
Fresh basil or parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 475°F (245°C) and line a baking sheet or pizza stone.
2. Roll out the pizza dough and transfer to the prepared pan.
3. Squeeze roasted garlic cloves into a bowl and mash into a paste.
4. Mix garlic paste with ricotta cheese, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
5. Spread the garlic ricotta mixture over the pizza dough.
6. Top with cooked chicken, mozzarella, and Parmesan cheese.
7. Drizzle olive oil over the top.
8. Bake for 12–15 minutes until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbling.
9. Garnish with fresh basil or parsley and slice to serve.
Notes
Roast garlic ahead of time by baking a whole bulb wrapped in foil at 400°F for 30–40 minutes.
Use rotisserie chicken for a quick shortcut.
