2 pounds of baby potatoes
3 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon paprika
Salt and pepper to taste

Wash the baby potatoes and dry them thoroughly.
If they’re larger than a golf ball, cut them in half or quarters for even cooking.
