½ teaspoon garlic powder

¾ teaspoon salt

¼ teaspoon ground black pepper

¼ cup grated parmesan


Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • In a large bowl, combine the zucchini and summer squash slices with the olive oil, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Toss to ensure the vegetables are well-coated.
  • Spread the seasoned squash mixture evenly on a baking sheet.
