1 cup unsalted butter, softened
1 cup granulated sugar
1 cup brown sugar, packed
2 large eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
3 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 bag (14 oz) Rolo candies, unwrapped
Granulated sugar for rolling
Preheat your oven: Set it to 350°F (175°C).
Mix the wet ingredients: Cream together the softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until fluffy for 3-4 minutes.
