1 cup breadcrumbs

2 cloves fresh garlic, minced
1 tsp lemon zest

For the Creamy Avocado Sauce:
2 ripe avocados
1 tbsp lime juice
1 clove garlic, minced

Instructions
Preheat your oven: Set it to 400°F (200°C).
Prepare the salmon: Use a sharp knife to carefully chop the salmon fillet into small pieces.
Mix the ingredients: In a large bowl, combine the chopped salmon, breadcrumbs, parsley, green onions, beaten egg, minced garlic, lemon zest, and sprinkle salt and pepper generously.
Form the balls: With clean hands, take small amounts of the mixture and roll them into balls about 1 inch in diameter.
