  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • 2 ripe avocados
  • 1 tbsp lime juice
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • Instructions

  • Preheat your oven: Set it to 400°F (200°C).
  • Prepare the salmon: Use a sharp knife to carefully chop the salmon fillet into small pieces.
  • Mix the ingredients: In a large bowl, combine the chopped salmon, breadcrumbs, parsley, green onions, beaten egg, minced garlic, lemon zest, and sprinkle salt and pepper generously.
  • Form the balls: With clean hands, take small amounts of the mixture and roll them into balls about 1 inch in diameter.
