  • 6 to 8 large croissants
  • 8 oz. sliced ham or turkey
  • 8 oz. Swiss cheese, shredded
  • 6 large eggs
  • 2 cups whole milk
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • Fresh chives or parsley for garnish

  • Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Slice your croissants in half horizontally.
  • In a greased 9×13 inch baking dish, arrange half of the croissant halves cut side up. Layer with half of the sliced ham and half of the shredded Swiss cheese.
  • Place the remaining croissant halves on top, followed by the rest of the ham and cheese.
  • In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, Dijon mustard, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
  • Pour the egg mixture evenly over the layered croissant bake, pressing down gently.
  • Allow it to sit for about 10-15 minutes to soak up the egg mixture.
  • Bake for about 30-35 minutes, or until the top is golden brown.
  • Let it rest for about 5-10 minutes before garnishing.
