  • 8 lasagna noodles
  • 1 cup cooked lobster meat, chopped
  • 1 cup cooked shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 cups ricotta cheese
  • 1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ¾ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cups marinara sauce
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish

  • Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant. Toss in the lobster and shrimp, cooking for another 2-3 minutes until they're just heated through. Season with salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes if desired.
  • In a large bowl, combine the ricotta, 1 cup of mozzarella, and half of the Parmesan cheese. Stir until well mixed.
  • In a 9×13-inch baking dish, start by spreading a thin layer of marinara sauce on the bottom. Place 2-3 lasagna noodles on top, then add half of the cheese mixture, followed by half of the seafood mixture. Repeat the layers—sauce, noodles, cheese, and seafood. Finish with a final layer of noodles topped with the remaining sauce and sprinkle the rest of the mozzarella and Parmesan on top.
  • Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake for 25 minutes. Then uncover and bake for an additional 15 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
  • Once out of the oven, let the lasagna rest for at least 10 minutes before slicing.
