8 lasagna noodles
1 cup cooked lobster meat, chopped
1 cup cooked shrimp, peeled and deveined
2 cups ricotta cheese
1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
¾ cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 cups marinara sauce
1 tablespoon olive oil
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant. Toss in the lobster and shrimp, cooking for another 2-3 minutes until they're just heated through. Season with salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes if desired.
In a large bowl, combine the ricotta, 1 cup of mozzarella, and half of the Parmesan cheese. Stir until well mixed.
In a 9×13-inch baking dish, start by spreading a thin layer of marinara sauce on the bottom. Place 2-3 lasagna noodles on top, then add half of the cheese mixture, followed by half of the seafood mixture. Repeat the layers—sauce, noodles, cheese, and seafood. Finish with a final layer of noodles topped with the remaining sauce and sprinkle the rest of the mozzarella and Parmesan on top.
Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake for 25 minutes. Then uncover and bake for an additional 15 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
Once out of the oven, let the lasagna rest for at least 10 minutes before slicing.
