  • 8 oz elbow macaroni
  • 1 cup cooked lobster meat, chopped
  • 1 cup shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 cups sharp cheddar cheese, grated
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, grated
  • ½ cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • ¼ cup all-purpose flour
  • 3 cups milk
  • 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped

  • Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil and cook the elbow macaroni according to package instructions until al dente.
  • In a large saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the flour and whisk continuously for about 1 minute until bubbly and golden.
  • Slowly whisk in the milk until smooth. Continue cooking on medium heat, stirring often, until the mixture thickens, about 5-7 minutes.
  • Once thickened, remove from heat and stir in Dijon mustard, garlic powder, onion powder, and a sprinkle of salt and pepper.
  • Mix in the cheddar, mozzarella, and half of the Parmesan cheese until melted and creamy.
  • Drain the pasta and add to the cheese sauce. Gently fold in the lobster and shrimp.
  • Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish (about 9×13 inches). Mix panko breadcrumbs with the remaining Parmesan cheese and sprinkle over the top.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for about 25-30 minutes, until the top is golden and bubbling.
  • Sprinkle with fresh parsley before serving.
