Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 cups chopped romaine or iceberg lettuce
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 cup cucumber, diced
  • 1 cup frozen peas, thawed
  • ½ cup red onion, finely chopped
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • ½ cup crispy bacon, crumbled

For the Dressing:

  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper

Instructions

1️⃣ Layer lettuce at the bottom of a large glass bowl.
2️⃣ Add tomatoes, cucumbers, peas, and red onion in layers.
3️⃣ Mix dressing ingredients in a bowl and spread evenly on top.
4️⃣ Sprinkle cheddar cheese and bacon over the dressing.
5️⃣ Cover & chill for at least 2 hours before serving. Enjoy!

Notes

For extra crunch, add croutons or sunflower seeds before serving.
Make it healthier by using Greek yogurt instead of sour cream.
Best served chilled – let it sit for a few hours to blend flavors!
