This Seven Layer Salad is a vibrant, crunchy, and creamy dish that’s perfect for potlucks, BBQs, and family gatherings. With layers of fresh veggies, cheese, and a tangy dressing, it’s both visually stunning and irresistibly tasty!
Ingredients
- 4 cups chopped romaine or iceberg lettuce
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 cup cucumber, diced
- 1 cup frozen peas, thawed
- ½ cup red onion, finely chopped
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- ½ cup crispy bacon, crumbled
For the Dressing:
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- ½ cup sour cream
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp sugar
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
Instructions
1️⃣ Layer lettuce at the bottom of a large glass bowl.
2️⃣ Add tomatoes, cucumbers, peas, and red onion in layers.
3️⃣ Mix dressing ingredients in a bowl and spread evenly on top.
4️⃣ Sprinkle cheddar cheese and bacon over the dressing.
5️⃣ Cover & chill for at least 2 hours before serving. Enjoy!

✔ For extra crunch, add croutons or sunflower seeds before serving.
