Ingredients
1 lb ground beef
1 lb ground pork
½ lb ground veal
1 cup breadcrumbs
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 onion finely chopped
1 bell pepper finely chopped
2 celery stalks finely chopped
3 cloves garlic minced
2 eggs
2 tablespoons fresh parsley chopped
1 tablespoon fresh basil chopped
Salt and pepper to taste
1 cup tomato sauce
1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine ground beef, ground pork, ground veal, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, onion, bell pepper, celery, garlic, eggs, parsley, basil, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
- Shape the mixture into a loaf and place it in a baking dish.
- In a small saucepan, heat olive oil and stir in the tomato sauce, seasoning with salt and pepper. Cook for a few minutes until heated through.
- Pour the sauce over the meatloaf.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes or until cooked through.
