2 large boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 cup all-purpose flour
2 large eggs
1 cup breadcrumbs (panko or Italian-style)

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon black pepper
2 cups marinara sauce (homemade or store-bought)
1½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions
Start by placing the chicken breasts between two pieces of plastic wrap and pound them to about ½ inch thick.
