1 8 ounce Light Frozen Topping – THAWED such as Cool Whip Lite
16 ounces light vanilla yogurt
24 graham crackers
2 cups fresh strawberries chopped (or any fruit
fresh or frozen)
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the thawed light frozen topping, light vanilla yogurt, and vanilla extract. Stir until well blended.
- Gently fold in the chopped strawberries.
- Arrange a layer of graham crackers in a dish, then spread half of the yogurt and strawberry mixture on top.
- Repeat with another layer of graham crackers and the remaining yogurt mixture.
- Cover and freeze for at least 4 hours or until solid.
- Once frozen, slice into squares and serve immediately.
