4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
8 slices of ham (thinly sliced)
4 slices of Swiss cheese
1 cup of breadcrumbs
½ cup of Dijon mustard
2 teaspoons of Italian seasoning
1 cup of chicken broth
Salt and pepper, to taste
Chopped parsley, for garnish (optional)
Instructions
Start by patting your chicken breasts dry with a paper towel.
Sprinkle salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning on both sides of the chicken.
In your slow cooker, place a bit of chicken broth at the bottom. Lay down the chicken breasts, then add two slices of ham and one slice of cheese on top of each breast.
