Description
Enjoy tender Slow Cooker Garlic Parmesan Chicken & Potatoes for a savory, easy meal. Perfect for busy nights! Cook effortlessly and savor deliciousness.
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 1.5 to 2 pounds)
1.5 pounds baby potatoes (Yukon Gold or red work great!)
1 cup chicken broth
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
6 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon dried Italian seasoning
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
Start by washing your baby potatoes. You can leave the skins on for added flavor and nutrition.
Place the chicken breasts at the bottom of your slow cooker and season generously with salt, pepper, and the dried Italian seasoning.
Nestle the baby potatoes around the chicken.
In a bowl, combine the melted butter, chicken broth, minced garlic, and grated Parmesan cheese. Stir until well blended.
Pour the garlic Parmesan mixture over the chicken and potatoes, ensuring everything is well coated.
Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours or high for 4 hours until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F.
Once cooked, gently stir everything together in the slow cooker and serve warm, garnished with fresh parsley if desired.
