Ingredients
2 pounds boneless chicken breasts
cut into bite-sized cubes
1 cup BBQ sauce
1 cup orange marmalade
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1/2 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon chili garlic sauce
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon coarse salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/8 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
cooked white rice for serving
diced scallions for serving
toasted sesame seeds for garnish
Instructions
- In a slow cooker, combine the cubed chicken, BBQ sauce, orange marmalade, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, chili garlic sauce, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and crushed red pepper flakes.
- Stir everything together until the chicken is well coated with the sauce.
- Cover and cook on low for 4 to 5 hours or until the chicken is tender and cooked through.
- Serve the orange chicken over cooked white rice, and garnish with diced scallions and toasted sesame seeds.
Notes
