These slow-cooked spare ribs are fall-off-the-bone tender, coated in a rich, smoky barbecue sauce that brings bold flavor with minimal effort. Perfect for a fuss-free dinner or weekend gathering!
Ingredients

2–3 lbs pork spare ribs

1 cup barbecue sauce

2 tbsp brown sugar

1 tbsp smoked paprika

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp onion powder

Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions

Pat ribs dry and season with salt, pepper, paprika, garlic, and onion powder.

Place ribs in the slow cooker. Sprinkle brown sugar over the top and pour in half the BBQ sauce.

Cover and cook on low for 6–7 hours or high for 3–4 hours until tender.

Brush with remaining BBQ sauce before serving, or broil for 3–5 minutes to caramelize the top.
