Ingredients
**For the Chicken Patties:**
1 pound ground chicken
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1 tablespoon olive oil
**For the Caesar Slaw:**
2 cups chopped romaine lettuce
1/4 cup Caesar dressing
2 tablespoons grated Parmesan
Black pepper to taste
**For Assembly:**
6 small flour or corn tortillas
Shaved Parmesan
Crushed croutons (optional)
Extra Caesar dressing for drizzling
Instructions
1. In a bowl, mix ground chicken with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
2. Form into 6 small balls.
3. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Place a chicken ball on a tortilla, then smash flat with a spatula.
4. Place the tortilla with chicken side down in the skillet and press again. Cook for 3–4 minutes until browned.
5. Flip and cook 2–3 more minutes until the chicken is cooked through and tortilla is golden.
6. In a bowl, toss romaine with Caesar dressing, grated Parmesan, and black pepper.
7. Top each taco with Caesar slaw, shaved Parmesan, and crushed croutons if using.
8. Drizzle with extra Caesar dressing. Serve warm.
Notes
Use a burger press or spatula to flatten the chicken evenly.
Swap Caesar for ranch or spicy dressing for variety.
