Description

These S’mores Brownies combine the gooey, chocolatey goodness of brownies with the crunchy graham cracker base and toasted marshmallow topping of a classic s’more. It’s the perfect treat for any occasion—no campfire required!

For the Graham Cracker Crust:

  • 1 ½ cups (180g) graham cracker crumbs
  • ¼ cup (50g) granulated sugar
  • ½ cup (115g) unsalted butter, melted

For the Brownie Layer:

  • ½ cup (115g) unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup (200g) granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • ½ cup (60g) cocoa powder
  • ¼ cup (30g) all-purpose flour
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • ½ cup (90g) chocolate chips

For the Marshmallow Topping:

  • 2 cups mini marshmallows

Instructions

1️⃣ Prepare the Crust:

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter.
  • Press into the bottom of a 9×9-inch baking pan and bake for 8 minutes.

2️⃣ Make the Brownie Batter:

  • Whisk melted butter and sugar until smooth.
  • Add eggs and vanilla, mixing well.
  • Sift in cocoa powder, flour, and salt, then fold in chocolate chips.
  • Pour the brownie batter over the baked crust.

3️⃣ Bake the Brownies:

  • Bake for 25-30 minutes, until a toothpick inserted comes out with a few moist crumbs.

4️⃣ Add the Marshmallow Topping:

  • Sprinkle mini marshmallows evenly over the brownies.
  • Broil for 1-2 minutes, watching closely until marshmallows are golden brown.

5️⃣ Cool, Slice & Enjoy:

  • Let cool for at least 10 minutes before slicing.

Notes

✔️ For extra crunch, add crushed graham crackers on top.
✔️ For a gooier brownie, slightly underbake them.
