Description

These mini dessert cups are loaded with layers of peanut butter, chocolate, caramel, and crushed peanuts—just like a Snickers bar but creamier and more decadent. A crowd-pleasing treat for any occasion!


Ingredients

  • 1 cup crushed chocolate cookies or graham crackers (for base)

  • 2 tbsp melted butter

  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened

  • ½ cup smooth peanut butter

  • ½ cup powdered sugar

  • 1 cup whipped topping (or whipped cream)

  • ½ cup chopped Snickers bars

  • ¼ cup caramel sauce

  • ¼ cup chocolate sauce

  • Chopped peanuts (for topping)


Instructions

  1. Make the crust: Mix crushed cookies with melted butter and press into the bottom of mini serving cups.

  2. Prepare filling: Beat cream cheese, peanut butter, and powdered sugar until smooth. Fold in whipped topping.

  3. Assemble the layers: Spoon filling over crust. Top with chopped Snickers, drizzle with caramel and chocolate sauce.

  4. Chill: Refrigerate for at least 1 hour. Garnish with chopped peanuts before serving.

Notes

  • Can be made up to 24 hours in advance.

  • For a lighter version, use low-fat cream cheese and whipped topping.
