Fire up the grill for these spicy-sweet chicken skewers marinated in beer and BBQ sauce. They’re smoky, juicy, and packed with flavor—perfect for summer cookouts or weeknight dinners.
Ingredients

1 ½ lbs (680g) boneless, skinless chicken thighs, cut into chunks

1/2 cup BBQ sauce

1/3 cup beer (lager or pale ale works best)

1 tbsp hot sauce (adjust to taste)

1 tbsp olive oil

2 garlic cloves, minced

1 tsp smoked paprika

Salt and pepper, to taste

Skewers (soaked in water if wooden)
Instructions

Marinate: In a bowl, mix BBQ sauce, beer, hot sauce, olive oil, garlic, paprika, salt, and pepper. Add chicken and toss to coat. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes (or up to 4 hours).

Skewer & Grill: Thread marinated chicken onto skewers. Grill over medium-high heat for 10–12 minutes, turning occasionally, until cooked through and slightly charred.

Serve: Brush with extra BBQ sauce if desired and serve hot with your favorite sides.
