Ingredients

  • 1 (14 oz) can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped

  • 1 cup frozen spinach, thawed and drained

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened

  • ½ cup sour cream

  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

  • In a bowl, mix cream cheese, sour cream, mozzarella, Parmesan, and garlic until smooth.

  • Fold in spinach and artichokes, season with salt and pepper.

  • Transfer mixture to a baking dish and bake for 20 minutes until bubbly and golden on top.

  • Serve warm with crackers, bread, or veggies.

Notes

  • Use fresh spinach, chopped and sautéed, if preferred.

  • For extra heat, add a pinch of red pepper flakes.
