2 cups of fresh spinach, chopped
1 cup of canned artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
1 cup of cream cheese, softened
1 cup of sour cream
1 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese
½ cup of grated Parmesan cheese
2 cloves of garlic, minced
1 teaspoon of lemon juice
1 teaspoon of salt
½ teaspoon of black pepper
1 package of phyllo pastry cups (about 30 cups)
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a large bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, sour cream, and lemon juice. Stir until smooth and creamy.
Fold in the chopped spinach, artichoke hearts, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well incorporated.
Place the phyllo pastry cups on a baking sheet. Spoon the spinach and artichoke mixture into each cup, filling them to the top.
