1 lb flank or sirloin steak, thinly sliced

1 small red bell pepper, diced

½ cup diced onion

Instructions

Cook steak: Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Season steak with garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Cook for 3–4 minutes per side until nicely browned and cooked through. Set aside.

Sauté veggies: In the same pan, sauté onions and bell pepper until tender, about 5 minutes.

Combine: Stir in cooked rice and heat through. Drizzle queso over rice mixture and stir until creamy.
