Ingredients

1 lb chicken tenders

1/2 cup honey

1/4 cup soy sauce

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 tbsp rice vinegar (or apple cider vinegar)

1 tbsp olive oil

Salt and pepper to taste

Optional: sesame seeds and chopped green onions for garnish
Instructions

Season & cook: Season chicken tenders with salt and pepper. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and cook tenders until golden and cooked through (about 3–4 minutes per side).

Make sauce: In a bowl, whisk honey, soy sauce, garlic, and vinegar.

Coat: Pour sauce over chicken in the skillet. Cook, stirring occasionally, until sauce thickens and coats the tenders (about 3–5 minutes).

Serve: Garnish with sesame seeds and green onions if desired.
