Instructions

Bake the cake: Prepare the strawberry cake according to package instructions. Let it cool completely.

Mix: Crumble the cake into a large bowl. Add softened cream cheese and mix until well combined.

Form balls: Roll mixture into 1-inch balls. Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and freeze for 30 minutes.

Coat: Melt white chocolate or candy melts. Dip each ball into the melted coating, then place back on parchment to set.
