These Strawberry Cheesecake Brownies combine rich, fudgy chocolate brownies with a creamy, tangy cheesecake swirl and bursts of fresh strawberry flavor. A truly indulgent treat perfect for any occasion!
Ingredients
For the Brownie Layer:
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/3 cup cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 tsp salt
For the Cheesecake Layer:
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 egg
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/3 cup strawberry puree (fresh or frozen)
Instructions
1️⃣ Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
2️⃣ Make the Brownie Batter – Whisk melted butter, sugar, eggs, and vanilla. Stir in cocoa powder, flour, and salt. Spread half of the batter into the pan.
3️⃣ Prepare the Cheesecake Layer – Beat cream cheese, sugar, egg, vanilla, and strawberry puree until smooth. Spread over the brownie layer.
4️⃣ Swirl & Bake – Dollop the remaining brownie batter on top and swirl gently with a knife. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until set.
5️⃣ Cool & Serve – Let brownies cool completely before slicing. Enjoy!
