Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Roll out the thawed puff pastry sheets on a lightly floured surface and cut them into rectangles.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, granulated sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  • Place a spoonful of the cream cheese mixture in the center of each pastry rectangle.
