Ingredients
• 6 cups mixed salad greens (spring mix or spinach)
• 2 cups fresh strawberries, sliced
• 1/2 cup sliced almonds, toasted
• 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
• 1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced
• 1 cup crispy tortilla strips or crushed pita chips
Instructions
1. In a large bowl, combine salad greens, sliced strawberries, red onion, and toasted almonds.
2. In a small bowl, whisk together champagne vinegar, olive oil, honey, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper until emulsified.
3. Drizzle the vinaigrette over the salad and toss gently to coat evenly.
