These Strawberry Shortcake Tacos take the classic dessert and turn it into a fun, handheld treat! Crispy, cinnamon-sugar taco shells filled with sweetened strawberries and fluffy whipped cream make every bite irresistible.

For the Taco Shells:
- 6 small flour tortillas
- 2 tbsp butter, melted
- ¼ cup granulated sugar
- 1 tsp cinnamon
For the Strawberry Filling:
- 2 cups fresh strawberries, diced
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 1 tsp lemon juice
For the Whipped Cream:
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 2 tbsp powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Optional Toppings:
- Crushed graham crackers
- White chocolate drizzle
- Mint leaves for garnish
Instructions
1️⃣ Prepare the Strawberries
- In a bowl, mix diced strawberries, sugar, and lemon juice.
- Let sit for 10 minutes to release their natural juices.
2️⃣ Make the Taco Shells
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Brush tortillas with melted butter, then sprinkle with cinnamon sugar.
- Drape tortillas over two bars of an oven rack (so they hang like taco shells).
- Bake for 8-10 minutes, or until golden and crispy.
- Let cool completely.
3️⃣ Whip the Cream
- Beat heavy cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla with a mixer until stiff peaks form.
4️⃣ Assemble the Tacos
- Spoon strawberries into each cooled taco shell.
- Add a generous dollop of whipped cream.
- Sprinkle with crushed graham crackers or white chocolate drizzle.

✔️ For extra crunch: Use sugar cones instead of tortillas.
