  • 6 small flour tortillas
  • 2 tbsp butter, melted
  • ¼ cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp cinnamon

For the Strawberry Filling:

  • 2 cups fresh strawberries, diced
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tsp lemon juice

For the Whipped Cream:

  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 2 tbsp powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Optional Toppings:

  • Crushed graham crackers
  • White chocolate drizzle
  • Mint leaves for garnish

Instructions

1️⃣ Prepare the Strawberries

  • In a bowl, mix diced strawberries, sugar, and lemon juice.
  • Let sit for 10 minutes to release their natural juices.

2️⃣ Make the Taco Shells

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Brush tortillas with melted butter, then sprinkle with cinnamon sugar.
  • Drape tortillas over two bars of an oven rack (so they hang like taco shells).
  • Bake for 8-10 minutes, or until golden and crispy.
  • Let cool completely.

3️⃣ Whip the Cream

  • Beat heavy cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla with a mixer until stiff peaks form.

4️⃣ Assemble the Tacos

  • Spoon strawberries into each cooled taco shell.
  • Add a generous dollop of whipped cream.
  • Sprinkle with crushed graham crackers or white chocolate drizzle.
