  • 24 ladyfingers

  • 1 ½ cups fresh strawberries, sliced

  • ¼ cup strawberry jam


Instructions

  • In a bowl, beat heavy cream, mascarpone, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth and fluffy.

  • Mix coffee with strawberry liqueur. Dip ladyfingers quickly in the mixture and layer them in a dish.

  • Spread half of the mascarpone cream over the ladyfingers, then add a layer of strawberries.

  • Repeat the layers, finishing with mascarpone cream.

  • Warm strawberry jam slightly and drizzle over the top.

  • Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
