8 ounces of fresh mushrooms (cremini or button)
1 cup cream cheese, softened
½ cup sour cream
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon dried Italian herbs
Salt and pepper to taste
Green onions or parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Tortilla chips, toasted bread, or veggie sticks for serving
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
Clean the mushrooms with a damp paper towel, remove the stems, and finely chop them.
